 Palaces of Montezuma, the new single from Grinderman, will be released on 14 March 2011.
The third single to be taken from the album Grinderman 2, Palaces of Montezuma will be available as a download and on 12’’ vinyl. Both formats include a new single mix from producer Cenzo Townshend, the original album version and a remix by Barry Adamson.  Nick Cave has crashed his car into a speed camera.The accident happened on a seafront road in Hove, near Cave’s hometown of Brighton on Tuesday evening at 7pm. Cave who fronts The Bad Seeds and Grinderman was driving his Jaguar along Kingsway when the accident happened, The BBC reports. His twin sons Arthur and Earl were passengers in the car but no-one was harmed in the accident. No other vehicles were believed to have been involved in the crash.
Cave, 53, was not arrested but police are investigating the incident which left a speed camera and barrier badly mangled. A Sussex Police spokesperson said: "The camera belongs to the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership, not the police, and the railings belong to the local highway authority. Both agencies were informed. Nobody has been arrested but police inquiries are continuing." Notorious for being a hellraiser during the earlier stages of his career, Cave has settled down into family life in recent years, though he is still renowned for his intense, passionate stage performances.
Newspapers have been having fun writing headlines about the incident. Melbourne’s Herald Sun came up with “Nick Cave and The Bad Speeds”.
Cave has not commented on the accident.

 Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds have revealed that they will release a new album in 2011.
However, frontman Nick Cave admitted that he hasn't started writing the follow-up to 2008's 'Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!' yet. "There will be a new Bad Seeds record next year," he told SpinnerMusic.co.uk. "I've got to write one, I haven't written anything yet, but that's not how I go about things anyway." "I have the starting date for the next record and that's when I go into the office and start it," he continued. "I'm not doing that until I've finished the Grinderman tour, which is amazing. The band is something else."
Cave is currently on a North American tour with Grinderman in support of their second album 'Grinderman 2'.

 The ideal place to see Nick Cave would be onstage at hell's sleaziest nightclub. Luckily, he sets that scene wherever he goes, without the need for special effects. "Could you stop pouring smoke out of that f---ing machine, please?" Cave asked Sunday night at the Best Buy Theater in New York City, where he and his current band, Grinderman, were three songs into the fourth show of their fall North American tour.
Whoever was in charge of the venue's smoke machine promptly switched it off, and for the remainder of the group's set, Cave relied on the theatricality built into his music. Doing so was hardly a gamble. Grinderman is a pared-down, souped-up version of the Bad Seeds, the Aussie singer's longtime backing unit, but in terms of creepiness and combustibility, the quartet shares more in common with Cave's first band, the Birthday Party. Wild-eyed guitarist Warren Ellis sometimes hacks away on a violin, and Cave occasionally trades Telecaster crunch for horror-flick organ, but Sunday night, the group mostly stuck to snarling, squealing, twin-guitar garage rock.
